Pricing Questions
What's the difference between the plans?
Both plans include every feature — job auction, dispatch modes, driver and passenger app workflows, website builder, and support tools. The only difference is 5 drivers (Starter) vs 20 drivers (Business).
What are the native mobile apps?
The CabZen Driver app is a full native iOS and Android app included free with your subscription. Passenger app/account workflows include live tracking and provisional booking amendment requests for review by your team. If you want fully branded apps under your own company name, that's a one-off £350 for driver and £500 for passenger, plus Apple/Google registration fees.
How do support channels work?
CabZen includes separate support channels: business account support for platform and billing help, plus passenger support conversations for your customer-facing team.
Can you set up CabZen for me?
Yes. We offer full done-for-you setup for a one-off £30.
What is the job auction system?
Instead of manually assigning jobs or using auto-dispatch, you can send jobs to a timed auction where your drivers bid their preferred take-home pay. The bid that meets your reserve wins. You can switch between Manual, Auto-Dispatch, and Auction mode per vehicle type.
Do you take commission on my rides?
Never. You keep 100% of what you earn. We only charge the flat monthly subscription fee.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to subscribe to continue. All your data, bookings, drivers, and settings are preserved — nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts, no cancellation fees.
What is CabZen Voice AI?
CabZen Voice AI is currently marked as coming soon while we complete development and quality improvements. We will publish final feature and pricing details at launch.
