Pricing Questions
What's the difference between the plans?
Both plans include every feature — the job auction system, dispatch modes, native driver app, website builder, everything. The only difference is 5 drivers (Starter) vs 20 drivers (Business).
What are the native mobile apps?
The CabZen Driver app is a full native iOS and Android app included free with your subscription — drivers download it from the App Store or Google Play. If you want a fully branded app under your own company name, that's a one-off fee of £350 for a branded driver app or £500 for a branded passenger app, plus Apple and Google's own app store registration fees.
What is the job auction system?
Instead of manually assigning jobs or using auto-dispatch, you can send jobs to a timed auction where your drivers bid their preferred take-home pay. The bid that meets your reserve wins. You can switch between Manual, Auto-Dispatch, and Auction mode per vehicle type.
Do you take commission on my rides?
Never. You keep 100% of what you earn. We only charge the flat monthly subscription fee.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to subscribe to continue. All your data, bookings, drivers, and settings are preserved — nothing is deleted.
