Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs →
Is CabZen worth it for a handful of drivers?

The starting plan is built around small operations and includes every feature, so a five-driver operator gets the same booking, dispatch and driver tools as a larger fleet. There is no cut-down tier that removes what you need.

Do I need someone technical to run it?

No. There is nothing to install and no servers to manage. Setup is done through ordinary settings screens, and most operators configure their own account in about an hour. A paid setup service is available if you would rather not.

What if I only have one or two drivers right now?

That is fine. The plan includes several drivers, so there is headroom to grow, and you only pay for extra drivers beyond that as you add them. Nothing forces an upgrade until your fleet genuinely needs it.

Can I still compete with bigger operators?

Online booking, live tracking and a driver app are what customers now expect, and none of them are exclusive to large fleets here. A small operator running these looks the same to a customer as a large one.

How much time will this take to manage?

Most of the work is upfront: pricing, vehicle types and drivers. After that, bookings arrive on the board and can be auto-dispatched, so day-to-day involvement is mostly handling exceptions rather than entering every job by hand.

What if my volume is seasonal?

The subscription is month to month with no contract, and drivers can be added or made inactive as your season changes. You are not locked into paying for capacity through a quiet winter.

Can I grow into it?

Yes. Upgrading between plans takes effect on your next billing cycle, and extra drivers can be added at any time. Additional booking brands can also be added later if you expand into airport or executive work.

What does it cost to try?

Nothing. There is a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked and no credit card required. You can take real bookings during it, and everything you set up is kept if you decide to subscribe.
