How much can I earn?
Your commission rate is agreed when you join, and is a percentage of the monthly subscription fee each referred customer pays. With lifetime commissions and no cap on referrals, a single active affiliate with 20 referred customers can earn hundreds of pounds every month, indefinitely.
When do I receive my first commission?
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month. Your first commission for a referral is earned one month after they start their paid subscription. So if someone subscribes on 1st March, your first commission for them is generated on 1st May.
What happens if a customer cancels?
If a customer you referred cancels their subscription, their commission stops from that point. However, all commissions already earned for their active months remain yours and will be paid out as usual. And if they re-subscribe in future, commissions resume.
How do I get paid?
We pay via BACS bank transfer directly to your UK bank account. You choose whether you prefer monthly or quarterly payments. You can update your bank details and payment preference at any time from your affiliate dashboard.
