Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs →
Does CabZen handle hourly hire as well as transfers?

Yes. Alongside point-to-point transfers you can offer hourly booking, which suits chauffeur work such as events, corporate days and wedding hire where the customer books the car for a period rather than a single journey.

Can I offer different vehicle classes?

Yes. Vehicle types are yours to define, so you can list executive saloon, luxury saloon, people carrier and any other class you run, each with its own photograph, passenger capacity, luggage capacity and pricing.

How do corporate accounts work?

You can set up account customers who book without paying per journey, then invoice them for a period. Their bookings appear on the same dispatch board as everything else, so account and retail work is managed together.

Can I take bookings that need approval first?

Bookings arrive on your dispatch board where you assign and confirm them, so nothing is auto-committed to a driver unless you choose to enable that. For higher-value chauffeur work most operators keep allocation manual.

Does it support meet and greet at airports?

Yes. Meet and greet can be offered as a priced extra, and the request is attached to the job so the driver sees it. Airport surcharges can be applied per airport to cover parking and drop-off fees.

Can customers see who is driving them?

Customers receive a confirmation with a tracking link showing the status of their booking, and the assigned vehicle details appear on the confirmation. For executive work that reassurance ahead of pickup matters.

Can I run a chauffeur brand separately from my taxi work?

Yes. Additional booking platforms can be added for a small monthly fee each, with their own booking page, pricing and branding. That lets an executive brand look and price entirely separately from standard local work.

Is the pricing different for chauffeur operators?

No. The same plans apply, priced on how many drivers you need rather than what type of work you do. Every feature is on both plans, so nothing about chauffeur operation sits behind a higher tier.
