Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs →
Can I price by terminal?

Yes. Fixed routes can be set between specific points, so a given postcode to a named terminal can carry an exact fare. That gives customers a firm price at the point of booking rather than a distance estimate.

How do I handle flight delays?

Bookings carry the pickup time you and the customer agree, and the office can amend a job on the dispatch board if a flight moves. Customers can also request changes, which come through for you to approve rather than applying automatically.

Can customers book months in advance?

Yes. You control how far ahead bookings are accepted, and airport work is typically booked well in advance. Advance jobs sit on the board and can be allocated closer to the day, when you know who is on shift.

Do you support return bookings?

Yes. Customers can book the outbound and return in one flow, and you can apply a discount to the return leg. Both legs are created as jobs, so neither gets forgotten when the day comes.

What about luggage on airport runs?

Each vehicle type carries a luggage capacity as well as a passenger count, and the booking form only offers vehicles that fit the party. That prevents a family of four with cases being booked into a saloon.

Can I add airport fees automatically?

Yes. An airport surcharge can be configured per airport and applied automatically when a journey starts or ends there, covering drop-off charges or parking. It appears within the quoted fare rather than as a surprise on the day.

How do customers track their airport pickup?

They receive a confirmation with a booking reference and a tracking link, and the status updates as the job moves from confirmed through to driver on the way. That removes most of the where-is-my-car calls.

Can I run this alongside my local work?

Yes. Airport bookings share the same dispatch board, drivers and reporting as local jobs, while carrying their own pricing and surcharges. You can also run a separate airport brand if you want them presented differently.
