What is included in the free trial?
Everything. All features are unlocked for 14 days, including all three dispatch modes, the driver app, online booking and payments. It is not a cut-down demo, so what you test is what you would be subscribing to.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start the trial without entering any payment details, and nothing is charged during it. You only enter card details if you decide to subscribe at the end of the 14 days.
Can I take real bookings during the trial?
Yes. The trial is a live account, not a sandbox, so you can put real jobs through it and dispatch them to real drivers. Most operators find that a far better test than clicking through sample data.
What should I test in 14 days?
Set your pricing and check a few real routes quote correctly. Add one driver and run a job end to end. Try each dispatch mode. Send a booking confirmation to yourself. Those four things cover most of what matters day to day.
What happens when the trial ends?
You are prompted to subscribe to carry on. Nothing is deleted at that point: your pricing, drivers, bookings and settings are all kept, so subscribing picks up exactly where you left off rather than starting again.
What if 14 days is not enough?
Get in touch and tell us what you still need to test. It is generally better to talk it through than to let a trial lapse while you are mid-way through evaluating something that matters to you.
Can I get help during the trial?

Will my drivers need to do anything?
Only if you want to test the driver side, which is worth doing. They install the free app and connect with your company code, which takes a minute. Nothing needs uninstalling if you decide not to continue.
